Bupi Lift Door Degreasing machine
The load to be washed is inserted directly when the door is open. The load is placed in a basket, which is turned on a trolley inside the chamber. A cart with integrated drip pan is ideal for loading. On request, a feature like roll-out construction with automatic loading and unloading with integrated trolley exchange can be provided. During the wash-cycle, the basket is slowly rotated using friction drive, which subjects the load to a hot wash-medium on all sides.
In accordance with customer requirements, the Bupi Lift Door degreaser unit can be fitted with various accessories, e.g. steam condensation and extraction, drying, three-phase oil seperation, high-pressure spray and rinse device, etc. Apart from the standard dimensions, special solutions in non-standard sizes can be provided.
